PIATTO PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: October 20, 2026
Last Updated: October 20, 2026

1. Introduction
GTPINC operates the entertainment and streaming platform known as Piatto (“Piatto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how Piatto collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you access or use Piatto websites, streaming services, membership services, applications, community features, communications, promotions, and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy also explains certain choices and rights that may be available to you regarding your personal information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Piatto may distribute programming created by independent artists, producers, performers, licensors, production partners, and other content partners. GiovanniBanger is a featured creator, producer, artist, host, and/or content partner whose programming may appear through Piatto. GiovanniBanger is not another name for Piatto or GTPINC.

The appearance of GiovanniBanger or another content partner on Piatto does not, by itself, mean that the content partner receives or controls Piatto customer information.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed in connection with Piatto’s Services.

It may also apply to information collected through Piatto-operated pages on third-party platforms where this Privacy Policy is expressly referenced.

Physical merchandise transactions may involve additional privacy practices associated with Piatto’s ecommerce providers, payment processors, shipping providers, and other vendors.

Third-party websites, services, applications, payment processors, social networks, and other platforms may maintain their own privacy policies. Piatto is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that independently control your information.

3. Personal Information We May Collect
The information Piatto collects depends upon how you interact with the Services.

A. Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, mailing address, city, state, ZIP or postal code, country, account username, password or authentication information, subscription selections, billing and transaction information, marketing preferences, communication preferences, responses to account or checkout questions, information about how you heard about Piatto, customer-service communications, feedback, survey responses, contest or promotional entries, information submitted through forms, and other information you voluntarily provide.

If Community or other interactive functionality becomes available, we may also collect information you voluntarily post, upload, message, comment, or otherwise submit through those features.

B. Account and Subscription Information
We may collect and maintain information concerning account creation, account status, subscription status, subscription plan, renewal date, cancellation status, pause status, promotional offers, coupons, complimentary access, failed payments, billing history, account restrictions, authentication activity, and related membership information.

C. Viewing and Content-Interaction Information
Because Piatto is a streaming service, we may collect information concerning how you interact with programming, including videos viewed, episodes started, episodes completed, playback position, viewing duration, watch history, search activity, favorites, playlists, content categories viewed, collections viewed, trailers viewed, browsing activity, clicks and interactions, content completion, and other engagement information.

This information allows Piatto to provide features such as resuming playback, maintaining watch history, operating the catalog, understanding content performance, and improving the member experience.

4. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, Piatto and its service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, operating system, device type, device identifiers, application identifiers, referring and exit pages, dates and times of access, pages viewed, links clicked, session activity, crash information, network information, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, authentication activity, cookie identifiers, and similar technical information.

We may use this information for functionality, security, analytics, fraud prevention, account protection, troubleshooting, service improvement, and other legitimate business purposes.

5. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors or platform providers.

Depending upon the payment method used, those providers may collect credit or debit card information, billing address, account-holder name, PayPal or other payment-account information, transaction identifiers, fraud-prevention information, and other payment-related information.

Piatto generally does not receive or store the complete payment-card number when a transaction is processed directly by an authorized third-party payment processor.

We may receive information concerning the status of a transaction, such as whether payment succeeded or failed, the amount charged, transaction identifiers, payment-method type, subscription status, refunds where applicable, disputes, and chargebacks.

Payment processors process information pursuant to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Piatto and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, software-development kits, local storage, tracking technologies, and similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to keep you signed in, maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, prevent fraud, understand traffic, measure engagement, analyze content performance, improve functionality, diagnose problems, measure marketing campaigns, and, where implemented, support advertising or promotional activities.

Some cookies are necessary for the Services to function. Others may be used for analytics, preferences, marketing, or advertising.

You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser, device settings, cookie-management interface, or other tools made available through the Services. Blocking certain technologies may cause portions of the Services to function improperly.

7. How We Use Personal Information
Piatto may use personal information to:

  • Operate the Services, including creating and maintaining accounts, authenticating users, processing subscriptions, providing streaming access, maintaining watch history, maintaining favorites and playlists, resuming playback, providing customer support, administering account settings, and delivering requested functionality.

  • Process payments and subscriptions, including processing purchases and recurring payments, administering renewals, pauses, and cancellations, handling billing inquiries, managing promotional offers, detecting failed payments, and maintaining transaction records.

  • Communicate with you, including account messages, receipts, security alerts, authentication messages, renewal notices, subscription notices, cancellation confirmations, customer-support responses, legal notices, changes to policies, and other transactional or service-related communications.

  • Send marketing communications, subject to applicable law and your preferences, such as new-content announcements, Piatto news, promotional offers, product announcements, programming announcements, and membership offers.

  • Analyze and improve Piatto, including understanding how people use the Services, determining which programming performs well, improving navigation, recommendations, and streaming performance, developing new features, understanding customer retention and subscription cancellations, measuring marketing, and improving the overall user experience.

  • Maintain security and prevent fraud, including detecting fraud, suspicious payment activity, credential trafficking, unauthorized account access, account sharing, attempts to circumvent technical protections, and enforcing device or stream limits and the Terms of Service.

  • Pursue legal and business purposes, including complying with law, responding to lawful requests, establishing or defending legal claims, enforcing agreements, protecting intellectual property, conducting audits, maintaining financial records, investigating misconduct, and protecting Piatto, customers, creators, employees, service providers, and others.

8. Email Communications
Creating an account or purchasing a subscription may result in transactional or service-related email communications. These may include billing messages, account notices, security notifications, renewal information, cancellation confirmations, legal notices, and other communications necessary to administer the Services.

Marketing emails are treated separately. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications or through available account preferences. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent Piatto from sending transactional, security, billing, legal, or other non-promotional messages necessary to administer your account or the Services.

9. Telephone and Text Communications
Piatto may use a telephone number you provide for account administration, customer service, fraud prevention, authentication, or other purposes disclosed when the number is collected.

Piatto will obtain any additional consent required by applicable law before using telephone numbers for automated marketing calls or marketing text messages where such consent is legally required. You may withdraw marketing consent through the method provided with the applicable communication.

10. How We Disclose Personal Information
Piatto does not disclose personal information indiscriminately. We may disclose information in the circumstances described below.

A. Service Providers
We may provide information to companies performing services for Piatto, including providers involved in streaming, hosting, cloud infrastructure, content delivery, website operation, account authentication, ecommerce, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, analytics, fraud detection, security, data storage, marketing, communications, and other operational services.

These providers may process information only as permitted by their agreements with Piatto and applicable law. The specific providers Piatto uses may change over time.

B. Content Partners
Piatto does not automatically disclose your personal information to a creator merely because you watch that creator’s programming. For example, GiovanniBanger does not automatically receive your identity, payment information, email address, telephone number, or other account information merely because you watch GiovanniBanger programming through Piatto.

Information may be provided to a content partner where necessary for a particular promotion, event, collaboration, transaction, or service and where such disclosure is permitted by law and appropriately disclosed. Aggregated or de-identified audience information may also be shared with creators, sponsors, advertisers, licensors, or business partners.

C. Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, subpoenas, or court orders; respond to lawful government requests; investigate fraud; protect safety; enforce agreements; protect intellectual property; prevent piracy; detect security incidents; protect Piatto or another person’s legal rights; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

D. Business Transactions
If GTPINC or Piatto participates in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, reorganization, sale of assets, sale of business operations, or similar corporate transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor may process such information subject to applicable law.

E. With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information where you specifically direct, request, or consent to the disclosure.

11. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Piatto does not sell personal information for money as part of its ordinary business model.

Piatto may use analytics, marketing, advertising, or measurement technologies that involve transmitting identifiers or Internet activity to service providers or advertising partners. Certain privacy laws may define some advertising-related disclosures broadly as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising,” even when no money is exchanged for the information.

To the extent Piatto engages in an activity legally classified as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising and applicable law grants you an opt-out right, Piatto will provide the legally required method for exercising that right. Where applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control, Piatto will process the signal as required by that law.

12. Aggregated and De-Identified Information
Piatto may create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information that is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual. We may use such information to understand audience behavior, measure programming performance, evaluate business performance, communicate with creators or sponsors, improve the Services, conduct research, and support business operations.

Where required by law, Piatto will not attempt to re-identify information maintained as de-identified.

13. Data Retention
Piatto retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Retention periods may depend upon whether your account remains active, subscription status, payment and tax obligations, contractual obligations, customer-support needs, fraud prevention, security, piracy investigations, dispute resolution, intellectual-property enforcement, backups, legal holds, recordkeeping requirements, and applicable statutes of limitation.

Account deletion therefore does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of every record associated with the account. Certain information may continue to be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, Piatto may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law and operational requirements. Third-party processors may maintain information according to their own legally permissible retention schedules.

14. Data Security
Piatto uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Such measures may include appropriate access controls, authentication practices, encrypted transmission, security monitoring, service-provider controls, and other safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity and nature of the information.

No website, transmission method, storage system, network, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, Piatto does not guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials and should use a strong, unique password. If you believe your account or personal information has been compromised, contact Piatto promptly.

Where required by applicable law, Piatto will provide legally required notifications regarding qualifying data-security incidents.

15. International and Interstate Processing
Piatto is based in the United States. Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States and in other locations where Piatto or its service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your place of residence.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, Piatto or its applicable service providers may use legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

16. Your Privacy Rights
Depending upon where you reside and whether a particular privacy law applies to Piatto, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Those rights may include the right to request confirmation that Piatto processes your information, request access to personal information, request categories or specific pieces of personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of information, receive certain information in portable form, opt out of certain sales of personal information, opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, opt out of certain targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, withdraw consent where processing depends upon consent, appeal certain decisions regarding privacy requests where applicable, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

These rights are subject to legal exceptions and eligibility requirements.

17. Exercising Privacy Rights
Privacy requests may be submitted to Legal@PiattoPiatto.com or through another privacy-request method made available by Piatto.

Piatto may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Verification may require information reasonably necessary to match you to Piatto’s records and protect against fraudulent requests.

An authorized agent may submit certain requests on your behalf where permitted by applicable law. Piatto may require evidence that the agent is authorized to act for you.

Piatto will respond within the time required by applicable law. If applicable law provides a right to appeal Piatto’s response, instructions for submitting an appeal will be provided with the response or may be requested at the email address above.

18. California Privacy Rights
This Section applies only to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies to Piatto and the person making the request.

California consumers may have rights to know the categories of personal information collected, know the sources from which information was collected, know the purposes for collection and use, know categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed, access certain personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete certain personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable, and exercise CCPA rights without unlawful discrimination.

Piatto does not sell personal information for money as part of its ordinary business model. If Piatto engages in advertising activities legally characterized as “sharing” or “sale” under California law, qualifying California consumers may exercise applicable opt-out rights. Piatto will recognize qualifying Global Privacy Control signals where required by California law.

19. Massachusetts Residents
GTPINC is located in Massachusetts and Piatto takes seriously its obligations concerning personal information belonging to Massachusetts residents. Piatto maintains safeguards intended to protect covered personal information consistent with applicable Massachusetts requirements.

Massachusetts privacy and security laws may also provide rights and remedies concerning data breaches, identity theft, and protection of certain personal information. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

20. Children’s Privacy
Piatto accounts are intended for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to independently create an account or purchase a Piatto subscription. A parent or legal guardian may permit a minor to view appropriate content through the adult’s account as permitted by the Piatto Terms of Service.

Children should not independently provide personal information to Piatto. Piatto is not directed to children under thirteen and does not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under thirteen.

If Piatto learns that personal information was collected directly from a child under thirteen in circumstances requiring parental consent and such consent was not obtained, Piatto will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise handle the information as required by applicable law.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact Legal@PiattoPiatto.com.

21. Community Features
If Piatto enables Community, messaging, comments, profile features, uploads, or other interactive functionality, information you choose to post may be visible to other users depending upon the relevant feature and privacy settings. Do not post information that you do not want other users to see.

Piatto may process Community activity for moderation, security, abuse prevention, Terms enforcement, support, and operation of the Community. User-generated material may also be preserved where reasonably necessary to investigate reported abuse, infringement, illegal conduct, or other violations.

22. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account through available account controls or by contacting Piatto. Deleting an account may result in loss of access to subscription history, viewing history, favorites, playlists, Community information, account preferences, and other account-linked features.

Account deletion does not automatically eliminate information that Piatto is permitted or required to retain for purposes such as accounting, taxes, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, litigation, legal compliance, intellectual-property enforcement, or other legitimate retention obligations.

23. Do Not Track and Browser Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a universally applied standard governing all Do Not Track signals, Piatto may not respond to ordinary Do Not Track signals unless legally required.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, Piatto will process qualifying signals as required by law.

24. Third-Party Links and Social Features
The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Piatto may also offer integrations with social-media platforms or other external services.

When you leave Piatto or interact directly with another company, that company’s privacy practices may apply. Piatto does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.

25. Business Transfers
If GTPINC, Piatto, or relevant assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, restructuring, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction, information may be disclosed during due diligence and transferred as part of the transaction. Any successor receiving personal information will be subject to applicable privacy law and the commitments applicable to the transferred information.

26. Legal Requests
Piatto may preserve, use, or disclose information when reasonably believed necessary to comply with applicable law, subpoenas, warrants, court orders, regulatory requests, lawful governmental demands, or other valid legal process.

Piatto may also challenge requests it reasonably believes are unlawful, overbroad, or otherwise inappropriate. Nothing in this Privacy Policy requires Piatto to disclose information where disclosure is prohibited by law.

27. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Piatto may update this Privacy Policy as its Services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will display its effective or “Last Updated” date.

Where required by law, Piatto will provide additional notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date unless applicable law permits otherwise. We encourage users to periodically review this Privacy Policy.

28. Relationship to the Terms of Service
This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Piatto Terms of Service. The Terms of Service govern the contractual terms applicable to your use of Piatto. This Privacy Policy describes Piatto’s handling of personal information.

Neither document eliminates rights or obligations that applicable law makes non-waivable.
